"I came in for a battery exchange. The guy tried to test my battery for 20 minutes, and said it needed changing. Yeah, I know. Then he asked me, “do you want me to change it?” in a tone that suggested he wanted me to go home and do it myself. I said, standing there with my daughter, “if you can manage to change it now that’d be great, I don’t have the tools or the time.” THEN he comes back and says he can’t change it tonight. “Do you want to come back tomorrow?” Sure buddy, let me just magically will my battery into starting my car tomorrow so you can dump me on your next shift. THEN HE COMES BACK AGAIN and says oh he can’t change it at all. It’s a Ford Focus, not a McClaren, for pete’s sake. Do not recommend."
"I looked in the book to find the code for the headlight bulbs that I needed. No one offered to assist me with anything except taking my $. Totally nothing special. Basic retail transaction. The store was well lighted. Parking was convenient. They were open."
