"Been coming here for years and it has been going down hill steadily. The people who work here are the Dumbest idiots anywhere. One person tells you of course you can return the item if it doesn't work for you, I come back the next day and I am told NO, this is a no return item. I have to call their Regional Manager in order to get my money and the store manager makes excuses. Will NEVER go to Oreily again. Save your sanity, your time and money and buy online or at any other store. These people don't deserve our business. If I could give them Minus 10 stars I would. WORST customer service. I hope you idiots go out of business."
