"This place is very unserious. Apparently management only schedules one person in the evenings since they have self checkout now. It’s makes it hard to get anything done for the sole person working there. I was locked in the store for like 15 minutes while the guy went to check for my part in the back. If I wanted to be locked up I would go back to Elmwood"
"Got here late with a corroded battery that wouldn't start. Wendy and Joseph were so helpful, they went out of their way in helping me to get my issues fixed. They even stayed late to help me install the battery to make sure I could get to work tomorrow. I felt so bad for keeping them late but they were so helpful, their kindness was so appreciated! Thank you both so much!"
"Went in today to get some blades and this guy very rude dark skin and dark curly hair did not have a name badge so I could not get his name I came in got what I needed then instead of him helping me he says go to self checkout and asked for his helped and he said you need to calm down when I never raised my voice and asked him politely I told why he had said that there was no need if I was not giving him a reason it's crazy the customer service you get now a days ....very upsetting"
