"Customer service sucks at this Willow Glen location on Lincoln Ave. In fact, Customer service / Quality has been a huge issue with this location for some time. I didn’t even want to put one star. There were 3 employees working and I asked for help with one employee that was clipping his finger nails and he directs me to the cashier which had a long line with 5 people waiting! I just walked out, I don’t get it! They don’t deserve my business. Terrible customer service!! Recommend going somewhere else!"
