"I had to write this review tonight, as I’m not sure I have experienced customer service like this in some time. I am in sales, and make larger corporate decisions on a daily basis, and I sometimes forget how little things can truly shape a brand. Earlier today to sent a note to Rainbox informing them that my last purchase had some thread bleeding issues after being stuck in a rainstorm, and after trying to clean the hat (I’m a hat junkie and know how to properly clean hats) the stains were too deep. Anyway, I sent a note, thinking I might get free shipping or maybe 20% off a replacement. I just received an email notifying me that they are sending a FREE replacement. I have bought three hats from this company, and now I’m going to be telling my friends, co- workers, and family about this fantastic customer service. Needless to say I’ll be a loyal Rainbox customer for life. Well done , and I remembered today how important follow through is in customer service."
