"Had to return a couple jackets that didn’t fit to this location. One had tags and one didn’t anymore. Was able to easily exchange them both for sizes that fit and the experience couldn’t have been smoother or more pleasant. Excellent customer service, will definitely be back!"

"This is literally the ONLY Patagonia store I’ve encountered with sizes xl and xxl in stock and available to try on. It’s so frustrating that so many “outdoor clothing/gear” brands don’t ever have stock of larger sizes. I was looking at some overalls and a salesperson approached asking me if I wanted to see a size to try on (they were hung high) and my immediate response was; “that’s nice but you won’t have my size”. They quickly replied that they did in fact have my size and had been pushing corporate for more accessibility for all. No one wants to have to catalog order multiple sizes or to feel like they don’t belong in a type of clothing/store. So thank you Patagonia Nashville for being so customer forward and for understanding everyone deserves the ability to try on the clothes."

"Outstanding store. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a Patagonia backpack in need of repair that was purchased almost ten years ago, in a different country, and is no longer sold by the company. The staff arranged a repair hassle free. They were even able to repair on site so no long waits for the item to be shipped. One of the best experiences I've ever had as a customer."
