"Good pizza at twice the price. Restaurant has a (slightly) updated Pizza Hut vibe with reasonably comfortable, very clean booths, menu is solidly 1990s, pretty generic and boring. $50 for two pizzas, one small one medium. The positive things are (1) the ingredients are fresh, and (2) the toppings are generous (no skimpy spices here!). It's good pizza, not great, and overpriced."
"My daughter and I really like the Chicken Club pizza. It's exactly what we needed to cure our craving. There are 7-8 tv's installed, so if you're looking for a place to gather and watch a game with friends and family this is the place to go. You can also have a birthday party in the back room. With music playing inside I had some difficulty hearing what the staff was saying. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself."
"We were on vacation in Napa and my cousin brought us to Mountain Mike's for dinner. It is a nice sized restaurant for a pizza place. It was a bit loud in the ordering area between the music and the customers. The night we were there, there was a large group of high school athletes and a few families. I also noticed a few people who came in to pick-up orders. They have 5 sizes of pizzas to choose from. We ordered a large combo pizza and a small pepperoni. If you dine in, they have a self-serve fountain soda machine. Napkins, chili pepper, and parmesan were on the tables. We couldn't really hear the music at the table where we sat, by the windows closest to the parking lot. Our pizza took an average time to make and come to our table. In the pictures, you can see the difference in size between the small and the large slices of pizza. The pizza was average, not the best I have ever had, but certainly not the worst. The pepperoni was a bit greasy between the cheese and pepperoni, which I guess is to be expected. The combo pizza, I am not sure which my cousin ordered, had a lot of toppings. The veggies really didn't seemed cooked. I am not sure as to what stage of baking they are added to the pizza, but the onions, peppers, and mushrooms almost seemed raw. They were fresh, so that was okay. It was just a different style of pizza than I was used to. I guess it is a chain/franchise pizza place, so by eating here you are supporting a local business owner. From what I could see on Google, there are less than 2 dozen pizza places to choose from in Napa. This one is family-friendly. The parking lot does get a bit full because they share it with another restaurant and a tire shop.."
"Will never order from here again. Placed an order at 5:00 p.m., was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 5:55 p.m. I received a call stating my delivery order would be 10 minutes late. At 6:34 p.m. my pizza is finally delivered and its stone cold. I call back at 6:34 p.m.and spoke with someone named Roman who said he wa a manager. He stated a new pizza would be made and out for delivery to me at 7:46 p.m. and it's now 8:25 p.m. and no pizza. What a disappointment to say the least. Never again."
"Been to this location twice now. 1st time had great service, food came out quick and tasted great. I think the servers name was Isaiah, he was super friendly and helpful. 2nd time was on valentines day. Server when I asked how it was going just complained to me about her day for about 5 minutes before letting me order. Order was supposed to take about 20 minutes but took 45. Understandable being valentines day except after being told it was still being prepped, another worker asked what my order number was and found that it was actually done. Once I got home unfortunately it must have been rushed through the oven, as the crust was cooked, but the cheese wasn't melted at all and the vegetable toppings were basically raw. Had to cook it in our oven at home to finish it off. I do understand that it was a holiday and busy, but I would rather wait longer for a fully cooked dinner than something rushed and not cooked."
