"I had to come share the amazing service we received from this location. From the Phone order to pick up... everything was so awesome. So friendly, helpful and on-time. Actually did us a favor by having our order ready right when they opened. Wish everyone had this kind of service."

"Once again another Panera disappoints! Place the order, fresh flood, but the order was wrong again… in multiple towns we think their process and ordering will work and nope… don't get me wrong the food is fresh, very fresh! Forgot items added additional items we didn't ask for the. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the forgotten item. Uncut sandwiches… food unwrapped, not enough silverware, staff unprofessional!! And they acted like it was our fault!! This time I needed to say something!! I don't know if it's management at each location or their training… this is terrible!!"

"They had no sausage or avocado at 9:00am. Both coffee (reg and dark) were empty and took 10 mins to refill. Took another 10 for a simple order. They need better management. Place was clean, but disorganized"

"I pick up catering orders here for clients frequently. I often order lunch for myself when picking up as well. The staff is always friendly and willing to work with you on particulars. If you are kind and patient with them, they will gladly reciprocate! Corey is one of the best food service managers I've ever encountered. From his ability to make needed changes on the go for unforeseen circumstances, getting food out in a timely manner, customer service ability, to the way he interacts with his staff. Definitely an A1 individual. He alone is a reason to visit this establishment. But, the all around experience here is why I personally will continue to give my patronage."

"Its been a while since I have been to Panera. The location for this one in Napa is kind of hidden and the layout is a bit confusing but the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the pizza, I did order a Cesar salad but didn't get around to eating it. I tried one of the croutons and didn't care for them. Parking might be rough for larger vehicles as it shares a parking lot with several other businesses. Free soda refills."
