"Was told to use the self checkout. I used it. And then it said that it was out of order after I placed my order. Had to get an employee, the self check out screen wasn’t working, so he had to print out a receipt and take it up to the counter so I could pay with my card at the counter."

"I ordered a couple of customized Big Macs. I'm not a fan of onions on a burger. I asked for heavy mayonnaise. I do wish that there was a way to request that both buns would come with sauce. I don't know how it was decided by some fast food restaurants that one bun will always be served dry. I'm not sure if McDonald's is one of those restaurants that does a lone dry bun. I'm not complaining. I just wish I knew. The cashier was new. She said it was her fifth day. She was very nice & helpful. Easy to talk to. My meal was very good. I haven't been able to download the app, however. When I enter my email address, the app always informs me that my email address isn't valid. It doesn't matter which way I try to do it. It never works. I've deleted the app & reinstalled it several times, sans luck. Could someone please help me?"
