"I was very excited to check this place out for the first time. I've lived in crescent City over a year now and have heard wonderful things. I was a bit uneasy about the price of food ($16 for a sandwich) and was even more uneasy when it was ready. We got a brewben and an Italian sandwich. They were a decent size but not decent for the price. They were pretty dry, I don't know how, maybe not enough sauce? The Italian was so hard my boyfriend had to struggle to bite into it. Also, there was no side of any kind, no fries or chips. Sodas come in a can. The atmosphere was friendly, but very dark and loud. I understand this is a place for people to get drunk, however being a pub means more than just a place to drink. Will probably not be going back. Staff was friendly, but service was quite slow. The beers are good."

"The pretzel you had at the fair or the Renaissance fest, the one that left you wanting?! It’s because this is where the pretzel you seek resides. They have the most perfect and complete pretzel you can imagine. Not to mention their lovely list of in-house brews that are not your status quo. You must try at least 3 while you're here. Also the staff here seem like a nice lil family. Great vibes. This place rules."

"Brilliant Pub and brewery! Loads of atmosphere, exceptionally friendly service and great advice on beer and all things Californinan.. Sean is really well informed and friendly.. their beers deserve the awards they have won.. best brewery on town. Food was fun and Irish Nachos were really good. The establishment is well frequented by locals. Go there already!"

"Decided to stop by here during my stay in Crescent City and it was the best decision I could make! The beer here is delicious (had the Irish red ale 10/10) and the bartenders are super friendly! Customer service here is excellent and if I'm ever back in the area again I'll definitely stop by! P.S they also sell glassware so I picked up a pint glass so I could add it to my memorabilia!"
