Jack in the Box

"Just ordered from here and wanted to add extra ham to one sandwich and extra bacon to another sandwich. Even paid extra for it, and these guys can't seem to EVER get the order correct. Why do we pay extra for toppings when they can't even put it on there after we pay?!"

"Good food, good service. I will say though, I haven't eaten at a Jack in the Box in many, many, years and it doesn't seem like time has been good to this franchise. There isn't the selection that remember, very basic choices."

"#1 choice for fast food in CC. Never have had an issue or been sick. Lines go by quick. Food is hot. Food doesn't have the strange McD after taste, and cheaper price."

"6/7/23 Found a piece of a tomato slice in my coffee when I was getting breakfast with my girlfriend. I've been through this jack in the box a few times over the last couple years when I come to visit crescent city so I do want to point out that the quality of their food is great so of course I wasn't expecting this. I called soon after and they directed me to their manager and when I tried to explain she got defensive and insisted that it wasn't possible and it would have been seen in the Drink. After talking over me for a moment I explained to her that I wasn't looking for a refund and that I was just disappointed at the state it was handed out. Overall upset with the way the manager handled the situation and the lack of interest in what the customer was stating."

"I don't usually review fast food chains, but I do like to review at least one of each of the big ones. This is my first time here (being from the midwest). Absolutely - FANTASTIC! One of the BEST burgers I have had for fast food (or otherwise). Their small box of tiny loaded tacos is...an experience! I do love their variety on the menu, from chicken and burgers to...tacos? Great stuff!"
