"I called an order in for 3 pizzas. They said give them 30 min. I came about 45min after placing the order. When I got there the pizzas weren’t even made yet. I ran to the store to kill some time, came back and the pizzas still weren't made! They had 6 employees working. Horrible customer service, didn’t discount anything or apologize. It had been an hour since my initial order. They aren’t even baked, it should not take 1 hour to make 3 take’n’bake pizzas. This is the worst Papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been to and their customer service is horrible."
"Been coming for years and overall it’s been great service and great food! But lately they never answer the phone, called 5 different times for couple minutes each this time and no answer, then when they did it was a guy from the back and other workers are just chitchatting and he didn’t know they were out of stuff. They weren’t even busy and to me that’s not ok. Then they say 20 min and I show up 30 min later and they’re still working on it. 5 employees were working and it was slow and still had to wait 10 min plus. Managers or owners need to get on their employees. When there’s that many people working there’s no excuse to not answer phone or be that slow. This is their job, if it was crazy busy it’d be a different story. That was the end of my review but then I just got my pizza and they made it wrong… So I’m adding that now."
"It's so sad that an employer can keep employees every time I go in almost every employee is new. Almost every order is made wrong nobody has any experience to make it right. Usually this is cause by management or low pay or too much pressure or all thee above it's so sad that the best pizza shop in town sucks cause can't make an order right or forget all about it all together"
"Ok, the pizzas are great but I expect to get what I order and pay for. Tonight is the 2nd time in a week that I have ordered and paid for a family size stuffed pizza and gotten a 14 in large. I took a picture of the first one and now the 2nd. My advice , look at what they are handing you and make sure it's what you ordered and paid for."
"Complete waste of money. Papa murphys is supposed to be fresh. My boyfriend and I both worked in pizza parlors, papa Murphys being the place he worked so let me tell you, we know bad dough when we see it. Didn’t rise and fell apart even after a few extra minutes of the amount of time it’s supposed to cook. Completely disgusted and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make it right. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to papa murphys in Crescent City."
