"My Pepperoni stuff crust pizza was very sad and pathetic. The pizza was just super flat (like the dough didn't rise) and just limp. We were not impressed."

"Call to have an order delivered at 5:45. The order was delivered at 4:15. Needless to say by the time we ate it it was stone cold. Tried to get a hold of them to make sure that they were going to have it at 5:45 and no one would answer the phone. This is not the first time we’ve had an order screwed up from there. Love the pizzas just not the service."

"Ordered supreme pizza, got it home and there were almost no mushrooms or onions and no bell peppers. In other words it was a glorified pepperoni pizza. When I called to complain they told me they were out of bell peppers and that it had been a week since they had a truck with vegetables. Not my problem. I said the grocery store has bell peppers, send an employee to buy some. Their response was "that's not how our store works".If you can't make a menu item, then tell the customer when ordering. I guess next time I want pizza it's off to Papa Murphys, they always seem to have their ingredients."

"I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, they use door dash to deliver the order and I was paying cash, I ordered a pizza box, another medium and four small Pepsis. The dasher didn’t have the Pepsi and there was no option but to still give doordash the money for the product that wasn’t given as the dasher supposedly had no change, and when they called doordash in front of me to ask what to do and how to go about dropping off a order that was cash but not having the correct items and no change to do a refund for that product that didn’t show up, they were told to have me contact Pizza Hut to get my refund for the Pepsis that didn’t arrive so I tried over and over and over to contact the store and they will not answer for anyone or anything to be informed of the situation. So I got jipped for 10$ didn’t receive any drinks and Pizza Hut will not answer ever, something needs to change at the crescent city northcrest location"
