"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS DO NOT LIE; I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. I am going to be as objective as possible. I took my 2020 Discovery Sport for regular service in January of this year; it had no detectible issues other than a potential engine coolant leak that was not visible outside of car or impacting performance. They advised that I have my engine gasket replaced immediately. I approved (only this), and they kept my car for service. They NEVER called me while they had my car for the THREE MONTHS they had it. I had to call them each time they did NOT meet the date they said I would get my car back, and they would advise me on the new “issues” they found along with what they did to fix it. (Mind you they never asked for my consent to fix it.) They would not give me a loaner car despite the many inconveniences of them not meeting their deadlines they gave me. I got my car back in MARCH and called them THREE TIMES about my car not operating properly. I told them it smelled like gas, would start roughly, and wasn’t running like before they fixed it. A week and a half later, my CAR EXPLODES. I called them that day, told them my check engine light came on, and they reassured me that my car was fine. THEY DON’T MEET DEADLINES, DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY, and DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. I am not disagreeable and I do not leave bad reviews. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but Land Rover Knoxville’s Service was disgusting, terrible, and I will never have a Land Rover again."
