"Had a little trouble with the scheduling, and then them canceling my appointment because they didn’t have the part. There was a bunch of confusion. But one person I talked to was really helpful and turned the experience from negative to positive (Charlie maybe). Anyway, got there a little early and they got me in and out quickly. I do still hear some glass rattling around when I open the hatch, and there’s a scratch in the paint, but I don’t know if there’s a point to expecting perfection anymore. Overall, I probably would use them again. We’ll see how this glass holds up."
