"I called at 9 am to see if they could take a look at my car. I partially already knew the problem which helped with the timing, but he had it fixed and working by 9:30 am. The pricing was fair and great. He did all the work while I was standing right there and showed me everything that was wrong. He also told me future things to look out for that he just noticed as he was working and what to do if something were to happen/to maintain the car. There were also two very nice women at the shop who were crocheting, and I got to buy a valentine's bag they had made with candy in it. I've been looking for a good mechanic ever since I moved to Knoxville/Maryville in 2018 and am used to mom and pop shops, so this place was a great find."
