"front desk staff was kind and very helpful. But the nurse and the Surgeon left much to be desired. The nurse, who was present at my surgery, had no bedside manner to speak of. The surgeon overlooked a piece of surgical thread with a knot in it wedged behind my gum and the surgical site, causing me excruciating pain for days. When i came back to see him, he never noticed it but said I develped a dry socket from smoking which I accepted and went home, days later I find this surgical thread with a knot in it. I called the office and there were no records nor notes even of stitches nor was I notified of any. As soon as I removed the thread wedged between the gum my pain enormously subsided. I was not satisfied with my treatment the day of surgery nor thereafter. However the front desk staff was always helpful, kind, and informative and the only reason there are 2 stars given. I wont be using this dentist again."
