"Terrible office, they insisted on getting xrays done. That was last summer couldn't get an appointment till this past fall for a cleaning. Then they canceled , was supposed to have another appointment today . Was 5 minutes late walking in the door they canceled again. Will not be going back their reception is absolutely terrible and has a bad attitude."

"This will make my 2nd visit to Dental Partners South, and both have exceeded my expectations. The 2nd visit was a work in after a patient called in a cancelation. I thought that having to cancel my appointment would mean months before I would be seen. But it was less then a month and like they stated the day I had to cancel my appointment they would put me on the cancelation list and I would be worked in as soon as someone canceled their appointment. The office is super clean. The front office employees are friendly and beautiful. Clean bathrooms. The patient rooms are always immaculate. Comfortable chairs while getting my exams. But the best part is the nurses and the doctor. Thank you for all you do."

"I had a great experience at my recent exam and cleaning. Everyone was courteous and professional. My dental hygienist Ann explained the procedures, answered my questions, and my teeth feel cleaner and smoother than they ever have. Dr Smith provided information and answered questions about a recommendation to replace a crown and the impact on my dental health and I was given a quote for needed work. My next appointment booked before I left the office. I was very well satisfied and highly recommend."

"This place is horrible!! If i could give 0 stars i would!! Be careful with them I’ve been told from others that dealt with them in the pass!!! They will schedule an appointment without your knowledge then send you many reminders if you can’t make it let them know so other patients can take the time available!!! I’ve rescheduled appointments never missed if i did missed i didn’t have a reminder which they’re good about reminding you!!! They pressure you in to finding other dental care When their office has a bad team that don’t communicate with you!!! I know for a fact i didn’t make an appointment on a day i know I’m not going to make it. They did that in hopes on me canceling it so they can tell me Lynn will have to call me before i can reschedule so heads up you will find a problem down the line with the dentist office!!!! Bad representatives"
