"If Google would allow me to leave a zero star review, I would. My initial experience was fine, the hygienists were nice, and I decided to get veneers. I felt they were a little darker than the rest of my teeth, but Goksel insisted that if they were any lighter, they’d be noticeably whiter than my teeth sou settled. From there, everything has been a disaster. One of my veneers has had constant problems, whether it be the air bubbles I could see trapped between the veneer and my tooth, or the cracks that happened, or the time it broke off entirely. When i returned to the office to have the veneer redone because of the air bubbles, initially he tried to say it was fine and didn’t need to be replaced but I insisted, and when he removed the veneer there was a distinct smell, but did he do anything more to clean it or prescribe antibiotics or anything for the bacteria that had clearly been trapped against my tooth for weeks? Of course not. Just slaps a new veneer on and sends me out. When I come back a year or so later because it broke while I was flossing and SAW blood seep between the veneer and my tooth, he told me it wasn’t broken, loose or cracked, I didn’t see blood go there, it didn’t need fixed, but I was welcome to try to pop it off with my fingernail. THEN tells me that based on the x ray they took that day, I need a root canal in this front tooth. I went to a highly recommended 35+ year dentist for a second opinion and not only did he and his hygienist not see a single thing in my x ray or upon examination of my teeth to indicate any need for a root canal, but he also said I did need to have that veneer replaced entirely and, unprompted, informed me that there was no reason that Goksel couldn’t have matched my veneer color to my teeth. So I’ve had my two front teeth slightly darker than all of the rest of my teeth for about ten years for no reason, and he planned to perform a root canal on me that was totally unnecessary. Terrible dentist, zero stars."

"Dr Goksel was very attentive and professional. His assistant, Kita, was equally as amazing. Michelle was at the desk and very polite. The office is updated and clean. Plenty of parking. I was taken in on time. It was my first visit and it won't be my last!"

"This guy was going to crown an incomplete root canal not to mention the uneven and broken off fillings he sent me home with. Completely incompetent. After almost $1800 (Between me and my insurance) I have to get someone else to finish my root canal so I can get a crown and my other fillings are ridiculously uneven and misshapen. If you value your teeth go elsewhere. They also didn't know how to file a claim with my insurance and they are in network. I had to do it. They never bothered filing with my secondary and are still sending a bill for a balance when he never even completed the work!! Shameful Ripoff Artist!!"
