"Though one will need to pay for an estimate for repairs (my estimate was less than $70), if you have the work done there, you will get half of that back when paying for the repair. I checked around against their estimate, and of the three of four who gave me estimates by phone, ALL were higher by several hundred dollars. Not only was their own estimate the lowest, but they gave me a ride home, and picked me back up to get my vehicle, so I didn't need to wait there, or have someone pick me up. Everyone was friendly. Heads up: Using a card to pay adds 3.5% to the cost (which they tell you), so bring cash to save money."

"I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had new tires installed and contacted alignment professionals to do an alignment. They upsold me on 1500.00 worth of new front end parts. Two months later I notice my tires are wearing out and start looking at their work. I see loose bolts from shoddy workmanship. I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else to have this mess straightened out. Luckily I noticed the issue before this caused an accident. In short I wouldnt recommend Alignment pros for any repairs whatsoever."
