"I visited Central Alignment service center June 20, 2023. I asked and paid for an 2 alignments. One because she told me I would have to come back after the initial alignment. I scheduled it for the next day because they didn't have the equipment to do it that day. I visited the following day and went to go pick it up. I noticed after I drove home it was off and contacted them again. They adjusted it. It wasn't 100% right then but I figured I would give it a little time. I took it back yesterday because I noticed it had chewed part of my tire in which I was told I would be charged for them to look at it. I can't support local that doesn't stand by their work. She also accused me of hitting pot holes, I have rarely driven my truck due to surgery recovery over the past few months. Poor customer service and subpar work."

"Owner is very rude. We was rude on the phone and in person. Maybe it's only to truck driver. The people that came in behind me where also asking about a 3axel alignment and got same attitude. Plus the person that called for an estimate was also treated unwanted.Maybe he only wants to work on 4wheels. Does not take PACAR or any mantance accounts. He also did not let me pull truck into bay. But he was having trouble releasing the breaks and driving an auto so I had to go help him and that just made things worse. Sad to say but TA would be better if your a big truck. This place does not want any big truck business. It's just wrong that such a nice place has such an angry owner."
