"I had a Borla muffler installed on Feb 11 2023 on a 2021 Chevy Silverado trailboss at KAR-KARE on Clinton HW, i don't understand why the specialist installed the muffler at an angle??? ive had several cars that i had performance exhausts installed. ive never had a muffler installed at an angle. looks to me that the specialist didn’t want to go the extra mile and bend the pipe for a flush fit. it only took him 20 minutes to Complete the job. i would never put my name on this kind of work. I do not recommend Kar-Kare. after taking the truck to a quality muffler shop the specialist told me he had no clue what the guy was thinking when he installed the muffler the way he did other than the guy was unprofessional and lazy."
