"Will be my last time after coming here for over 10 years. I was told there were some cracks on my serpentine belt they replaced in 2017 and told me it had a lifetime warranty. Well now I'm told that I have to pay for it because it's a lifetime guarantee. It's a shame cause I've always enjoyed the friendliness of the employees"

"Best oil change experience I've ever had. Christian, the Asst Manager, is very friendly yet professional. He went above and beyond to check my car issues and a/c at no charge to me. There was a little bit of a wait, but they took time with each person's car and were so thorough, that it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend this Valvoline shop to anyone. Ask for a coupon on the phone, or in person, if you don't have one. I saved $15 on my oil change with the downloaded coupon. Valvoline also openly supports Veterans which is important to me."
