"This paractice is too busy and booked for new patients. They should stop accepting new patients. Many things fell through including follow ups and information that they promised to provide. You cannot get in at a reasonable time , as well. The staff is nice and facility is great. I truly think if they cut back in the amount of patients they accept they would have better reviews. Those are the main reason why my wife and I are NOT coming back."

"Office is very unprofessional. My first visit they were going on and on during my cleaning about how under staffed they were and how they were having to use office staff to do clinical care. A comment was made to me about how a patient had the audacity to complain about their wait and said they had to be somewhere. Ironically, I was the patient—though I did not complain. I simply asked how far behind they were running and advised them I had a work meeting I needed to be back in time for and told them the time, while asking if they would be able to see me before then or if I should reschedule. The amount of time I allotted for my appointment should’ve been more than sufficient had they been on time. They habitually run 30+ minutes behind schedule without any communication of this to the patient. The last cleaning I had, the dentist wasn’t even available for my exam, so it got skipped. Now that I’m having a dental emergency, I called the office only to find out my dentist retired in November and the office failed to notify me so I could find a new dentist. The office staff said he sent an email, however, no email was ever received from their office. Again, very unprofessional."

"This was my first visit with Dr Lovely. I spoke with the office twice before my visit and I was impressed with the outstanding customer service. I was impressed with the entire office staff when I arrived. Without going into a lot of detail about my visit with Dr Lovely, the best way I can put it is it was perfect and it couldn't have gone any better. I look forward to my next visit."

"Steer clear of this place! They cannot seem to file my insurance claim for my cleaning. They made me pay out of pocket and said they would file with Delta Dental and reimburse me. Well that was MARCH 2023! It is now September and I still don't have my close to $700 back. They are idiots and cannot file an insurance claim! I called Delta Dental and they said that each time it was filed with missing info. Well, I went in there and the front desk still cannot get it right after me calling and going in there personally more than 6 TIMES! Yes, you read this right!"

"After reading some of reviews, I see others may have gotten strange interaction with Dr. Lovely. I was wondering at time if he didn't see patients that were Black/African American. I was sent there through state insurance plan and was thinking to see if they'd switch me because got impression he was not interested in seeing me as patient."
