Just came back from Nashville 3 weeks ago, had to stop here and grab some boots, I did the buy 1 get 2, everything is wonderful and fit perfect except for the 1 pair I didn’t try on the left foot it’s much smaller than the right foot as you can see in the photo I know they are handmade so I’m sure this happens, would there be anyway I could get a different left foot cuz I really like the boots… thanks! "Great store, If you want cowboy boots, this is the place. They also have several types of hats for sale. Staff were a little impolite, as it was close to closing, and rather than win a sale, they just wanted everyone to leave the store."

"They have the daily sale of buy 1 at highest price and get 2 free. Great deal right? Also they will ship for $40. Great deal right? Well all their boots are on display and when you can't find your size, they get them from the back. Great right? Well, the guy handed me what I thought were brand-new boots, 2 pairs. Each with glitter inlay. Brown and pink and black on black. The pink ones had a crease right in the middle of the glitter. And the black ones look like they'd been worn in right at the ankle but must have been re-soled. The white pair I got off the shelf found after getting them shipped that a piece of the leather was missing. The pink/brown and Black/black were 329.00. But after everything plus Shipping, it came to $420 and change. I immediately contact them the way I was told. Never told they'd send me a Shipping label. So I paid another $47 and change to ship them back. They were not going to refund me the original $40 per the one in charge of doing refunds. Till I explained I confirmed that I was told I would be refunded all Shipping costs for totally defective boots. I finally after a 20min hold was told they would refund me the $420 I'd spent but not the $47 and change. Buyer beware. Double-check the boots. Because about 200 ppl were trying on boots that day, they didn't care how they treated the boots when taken them off. So I know why the white boots had a piece missing. But the other 2 absolutely no way those were acceptable. And I fully believe that defective items when returned the way they were purchased and Shipped. Should be given a refund for the customer having to pay put of pocket. So I paid $47 and change for 3 pairs of boots that I don't even own. I was sad that I even had to return the boots as I loved them. And bought because I needed one pair for a wedding in 8 days. But it's 100% wrong to make a customer pay for their defective items. I will be calling corporate to see about my refund for my 2nd shipping costs. Shirley who works ther me is awesome! She's nice, attentive to mutilate customers at a time. And when given the chance to talk one on one. She is an amazing woman and is working toward marketing to build their website. I believe she is a very valuable employee to keep. Maybe even a bump in pay for the amount of work she does juggling many customers at once. They also need more than one cashier when there is a line that forms down an aisle on Saturday and Sunday's for those getting the Buy 1 get 2 free. To think I almost bought 5 pairs of boots. I'm so glad I didn't. It would have cost me over $100 in shipping to return."
