That was such an exciting thing to watch. He even taught me about what types of felts are best, and how to best rest my hat in the future. He was so friendly and didn't make me feel like a newbie. They also helped me with my request that I was a little embarrassed about--to find cowgirl boots that fit my very plus-sized calves. I really found some and couldn't believe it! I was blown away and ultimately fell in love with them, they were made for me! An all-around wonderful experience, and I can't recommend it enough!"
