"The work is good but Jiffy Lube makes the employees recommend things that frankly are not necessary. Being upsold things that are not even close to necessary (a battery with 70 percent charge doesn't actually need to be replaced, my wipers were fine but was told I should replace them) make the company seem untrustworthy. - They did a great job but tried to sell me things I didn't actually need."
