"This place is a joke. Sold us a $251 battery and then told us they would not install it because it took over 45 minutes. Got mad when we asked to return it. My truck would not crank, and they never offered to jump it off. Bought $64 jumper cables and staff stood there looking out the window as my wife and I with our 2 kids tried to jump the truck off only to find out the jumper cables were faulty. My wife went in and asked for a manager and he said "well we have a jump box." AFTER he stood outside and watched us struggling while he and another employee had a smoke break. We will never go to this store again. We just had a battery changed at a different location with no issues. The service and treatment at this location was horrible."

"I went in to have the bad battery they sold me replaced or at least helped with to get running, and the new manager Steven McNamara belittled and condescended me for buying the battery because it wasn't a high end and expensive one ("you get what you pay for, kid" very amusing) and then said that he has no manpower to have them come out to verify that this battery is bad, when there was one register open, but 4 other guys working there. I can clearly see I'm not the only one. I hope that autozone either wises up or loses enough business to force their hand. Oh, I'm sure NAPA will be more than happy to help."

"employee says under his breath "it's not rocket science" when I asked him to help me find a spark plug wrench at Bartlett location on 64. I immediately walked out and absolutely will never go into another auto zone again. worst part is I believe he is the manager of the store. guys like this are the reason people hate dealing with auto repair industry. 0/5"

"We showed up in the car we needed oil for and a screw for the oil tank and they had everything we needed. I saw employees helping customers and they were extremely nice inside. It's not the first time I've been to this AutoZone but it's the first time I'm leaving a review and for a car shop place it is great and prices are extremely fair."
