"I took my civic here for an oil change & was told it would be an hour & a half wait so I decided to drop it off instead of waiting for it. I had my husband come pick me up & we were only home 30 minutes when they called stating my car was ready. However, if I would have known the wait was going to be so short I would have waited with the car instead of going back & forth to the dealership. Then I was baffled when I went to pay that my total was $90 for an oil change, even with a $10 off coupon. The last time I came here it was like $75 & that was without a coupon. I've never paid $90 for an oil change in my life! Then I looked online at the location on Covington Pike to see what they charge & they have a coupon for a synthetic oil change for only $39.95 so it makes no sense why Wolfchase is charging these prices. And Walmart only charges like $53. I guess that's why Wolfchase was able to do my car so fast in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Clearly they weren't very busy & I can see why. They charged me $37 in labor alone & then another $42 for the oil change. Needless to say, I won't be back. I don't see anybody else charging these kind of prices for a synthetic oil change."

"I had an appointment with Dexter at 9:00. Was there on time and checking was fast, efficient, and polite. Price was given upfront and matched the cost once the work was completed. Car was ready that afternoon. Cost of service was high but I knew upfront and the work was well done."
