"Michael was extremely professional when handling my tire installation. He gave me a vast understanding of the entire process. My tires had to be ordered and as soon as they came in he left a voicemail and promptly scheduled my install. Talk about next day service. I enjoyed the experience!!"

"This was my second attempt to buy tires at this location. The first time they were so slow that I got a refund and went to another location. This time was the same thing. I bought my tires Saturday and they will not be installed until the next Tuesday. And they are in stock. And this was because the customer service rep did not know the tires were in stock. I'm tempted to get another refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Very unprofessional, your wait time will be longer than the service. The service will be poor that you have to come back again. All I needed was for them to look and see that I have a nail and it's on the outside so I need a whole new tire.. 2 hour wait. They don't even carry my tire so I have to wait atleast another week for it to actually get fixed. I can't wait til my warranty is over I will never use this tire and battery center."
