"Don't take your vehicle here for repairs. They charge the maximum amount for every repair compared to every other shops' quotes. They charge $120 PER diagnostic, even if it's other potential problems in the same area or something as easy as pulling a code that's unrelated to the problem you're there for. They might keep your car for a month while still charging full price even though no one's working on it and no one's contacting you with updates. Also, your top dollar will buy knock off replacement parts. It's crazy. Maybe they treat you better if you bought your car there, but definitely not worth the gamble. The woman in the service center is nice. That's the only upside."
"my car broke down while visiting from Georgia. They replaced the radiator and thermostat, also suggested additional maintenance items. I think the diagnosis was good also i liked the website they are using that you can choose from items that you want to be done or not. Thanks guys, good job !"
"Took my company vehicle in because the air conditioning was not working. Under warranty as the car has only 19,000 miles on it. Had not heard from anyone so I called to check on my vehicle. Was told they had to replace an o-ring but the recovery/recharge machine had broken in the process and they couldn't tell me if it would be fixed or not. So as I expressed, I had to know if the car would be complete because it is my primary vehicle and if it wasn't going to be completed I would need to make arrangements last-minute. I was florres when I was told, yeah well we just don't know if we can get it done! The lack of customer service in this experience is horrible. This all occured at 4:15 in the afternoon. Just communicate.... It's not hard to do, well maybe it is! Still can not believe that they would only have 1 machine, as I was told. I used to work in a 3 bay garage, and even we had 2 machines. Very frustrating."
