"Buyers beware! I purchased an item that apparently was labeled as a “preorder”. When I hadn’t received it I contacted their customer service. I needed this top for a specific event which wasn’t going to arrive in time. The customer service rep, which seemed like it was a robot, only referred me to the website for information on preorders. Apparently preorders are non-refundable nor returnable. I demanded to cancel my order since it hadn’t shipped yet and requested a refund and they referred me to their website again. When I made another request, they simply ignored my email. My order arrived 6 weeks after I placed the order! I had previously placed an order in the past with this company and had no issues. I thought I would continue to support a small business so I placed another order but this time was a completely different experience. I will never shop at this store again."

"I would like to start by saying the two women working were super nice every time I interacted with them. I came to the store today with the intention to do an exchange, as I received a gift in the wrong size for my baby. I was told I wouldn’t be able to exchange the item (tagged, never worn) as their return window is two weeks. I was surprised by this policy, especially given that their target demographic is mothers. As any new mom can attest…timing the trip, packing up, and driving with your baby can be challenging and time consuming. Especially when they are so little. I felt defeated and uncomfortable as I didn’t want to be a Karen and rage out, but I didn’t feel great about giving them any money. I felt like I drove 30 minutes for nothing. I said I was good and they could just keep the item as I had no use for it. I was then told I could do the exchange. I’m happy with my purchase that I wanted to make from the beginning, however I think the company should consider revising their return policy to better serve their customer base. It was an off putting experience."
