"I would not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered a large quantity of swords from them, 2 days later I called in the verify their shipping times, only to be told they are doing fraud verification - no problem there, but I was never asked to verify anything, never asked to present any information, but then got a call say layer stating that there is a high probably that my transaction is fraud with no explanation why !!! So someone in their office decide to look at my name and address and decided “yup that’s fraud”. Completely discriminatory, unethical and poor business dealings. To accuse someone of fraud with no veritable evidence is absurd. Then they proceed to tell me to add my shipping address as an alternative shipping address on my card - none of my cards saves shipping addresses, I can ship anywhere in the world if I choose to, the only thing that needs to match is the billing address. A bunch of incompetent people making personal assumptions and baseless accusations. Never again !"
