"I always enjoy shopping at Dillard's. Since I was a kid, I believed that their stores had much better quality clothes, shoes and other items compared to JCPenney. I always buy shoes, socks, Callaway shirts and sometimes sunglasses at Dillard's. They do have a great selection of sunglasses and shoes. I bought a pair of Timberland's a couple of weeks ago and was in and out in no time. The sales rep was very helpful and friendly. I did not get his name but he did a great job and was very courteous. If you are friendly and nice and say "please and thank you" when dealing with sales reps in a retail store, the experience will always be smooth. A few days ago, I also bought some jewelry for my Mom for Christmas. I was greeted by the sales lady, Hadeel, and she was very helpful and attentive. She did a great job and was professional. I was also greeted by a few other associates and it's always a pleasant experience at Dillard's. This is very nice, upscale Dillard's and in a good location. I will return again. Thank you for making the shopping experience worthwhile. Merry Christmas!!"

"The staff was wonderful, the prices were exorbitant, and I probably just enjoyed my last Christmas shopping inside a department store in a brick and mortar mall. I'm very sad to see Carriage Crossing go by the wayside, this is one of the last really classy malls left in America. Macy's left a few months ago and Dillard's is scheduled to close its doors in January of 2022. This will leave this mall without an anchor, and having seen this happen in cities across America, the end is near."
