"Two days ago the weather was so bad that almost nobody was on the road, after sliding into a ditch because of the ice on a ramp, I got up the next morning and got ahold of Dwayne who let me know the prices on some tires - so I came by to see him. Little did I know, Dwayne was by himself - his entire crew had called in because of the conditions - Dwayne put the tires on and balanced them himself - while taking other customer calls. He was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to take care of me. His level of customer service and dedication was unmatched. I will always get my tires and service here going forward for my son and I after my first experience which was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Dwayne. You are incredible!"

After getting the hard sell at a location in Halls, TN (told them I only needed a repair or just one tire — but kept getting a price for four) and then another on Clinton Hwy. Not only did they not try to sell me tires I did not need — they repaired my tire at no cost, only asking me to come back to them when it was time to buy new tires.
