"This experience was ridiculous. I called around to different shops trying to find one that would fit into my schedule. I booked an appointment weeks in advance to have a lift put on my 23 GMC. The person I spoke with assured me they could do the work on Monday, September 4th. Which is a holiday. I made sure to bring that up and they again said it’s fine we will be there. I decided to go ahead with this as I had to leave for a trip out of town the following day. She ordered the parts per the VIN number of my truck. She also said they would call me the weekend before to verify the parts had arrived. A week before the appointment, I get a call saying they can not do the work on Monday because they are actually closed for the holiday. Since I was very excited to get this work done, I decided it would be ok to move the date to the next day Tuesday the 5th. The Saturday before I still had not received a call so I called them. Spoke with a different person who didn’t know anything about my appointment and didn’t know to call and couldn’t verify the parts were there because the shop part of the store had closed for the weekend. She did look up to see that a similar kit had come in and she thought it might be mine. Great whatever. So I come in and drop my truck off at 8:45 am Tuesday when they opened. I was told it would be completed between 5-5:30pm. I get a call later that afternoon at 2pm saying that it would not be completed that day because another vehicle had been brought in and the manager told them to work on this vehicle instead of mine. Even though I had the appointment and this other vehicle did not. I made the point to say that we had already pushed this back a day and I was postponing a trip waiting on this work the get done. I was then told that the parts they ordered weren’t even the right parts. So they would have to order a different kit but that it would be in first thing in the morning. I then get a call at 4pm saying they had finally began to take the tires off my truck and found the boot on the driver side was leaking grease and would not be able to do the job for warranty purposes. All of these issues in of themselves are reasonable issues. But the fact that it all happened during my first experience with this company shows me that it is not managed very well. My truck sat there for 7 hours, an hour before they were supposed to be done before they called and said they couldn’t do the job. I will not be going back there."
