"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used in Knoxville. I changed pharmacy's a while back because of their sorry service. Yesterday, I took my wife to the doctor with the flu. for some reason she let them call it in to that store. She felt horrible when we left the doctor but called the pharmacy to see if we could pick it up on the way back home, they told her it would be ready in 10 minutes, so we went on over and pulled into the drive through. 4 cars in front of us, we sat and waited a full hour to get up to the window, then the girl tells us the pharmacist is working on it and it will be ready soon, we sat there at the window another 35 minutes. So! after the 20 minute drive from the doctors office, an hour and thirty five minutes sitting in their drive through, that's an hour and fifty five minutes to get a prescription that should have been ready for pickup when we got there. PATHETIC!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It's Minus 5 stars for me. Will NEVER!! go there for a prescription again. And it's always a bad experience, that's why I changed pharmacys while back. Do yourself a favor and don't go through the torment they'll most certainly give you........."
