"I have a serious question is somebody stealing prescriptions or money or something and falling behind on inventory count and orders at this walgreens? Because medicines are many days to even weeks behind for many customers including myself on being filled and the attitudes of a lot of staff are as if they can do as they please. This Walgreens needs to get their stuff together. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my insulin was called in to be filled November 2nd it is now November 6th and my insulins apparently will not be here until 2pm today let the pharmacist tell it. About 3 month ago I had this same issue where my daughter was not eating or drinking for weeks her prescription after a week from being called in was still not ready after going back up there a second time the lady at the window felt that it was okay to talk to me as if I was the blame for her prescription taking so long. Her attitude and smart mouth was enough for me to call in the Walgreens. I shouldn't have to keep pushing this Walgreens to get our medicines filled. . Each day I don't have my insulin is each day I'm suffering from high blood sugar at 8 months pregnant. GET IT TOGETHER."

"I have used other Walgreens over the years. Unfortunately, I moved to north Knoxville area and started using the Broadway at Coker store. It is absolutely the worst of any store I’ve used. Prescriptions not in stock, takes a long time to get one filled, and I needed delivery after oral surgery. They told me it would be delivered that day for a 5.99 fee. Hours later I call to see where it was, and they put it in delivery for next day. Fed up."

"There was human poop or a massive dog’s poop directly in front of the store doors last time I went. Almost stepped in it. Lots of people hanging around the parking lot and store too."

"The pharm techs don't know how to use the computer system. They ignore you, yell at you, and hang up in your face. They treat everyone like trash. Our family will never spend a penny here again."

"I work in a local pharmacy, and trying to get ahold of this pharmacy to get transfers is impossible. They have promised us a dozen prescriptions for a mutual patient days ago. a couple days later, we called again and still never got a fax. I called today to get the prescriptions verbally and was told "no" because they're understaffed. We are understaffed too, but we're not holding prescriptions hostage and keeping people on the phone for 15+minutes at a time to hang up on them. How embarrassing for their pharmacy"
