"Clean store with lots of items for parties. I was there 2 days before Valentines and there was so very little left for the holiday. You better purchase your holiday items early, You will not find items in Knoxville close to a holiday. Shop early for any items you may need!"

Only one cashier at ti.e I we t in and honestly he needed help...even asked manager over walkie talkie who was stocking...they did NOT come help him but they didn't stop him from doing a wonderful job a day doing it with a great attitude and a smile on his face! Way to go young man!"

"For a place that was bombarded with customers I am so beyond impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism and courtesy extended to customers. It was a serious mad house of scrambling for pieces and yet the staff was so patient even when there was a customer plugging in floor displays while they we simply trying to do their jobs. If I could give 100 stars I would."

"I will never be ordering from this Party City ever again. I ordered 29 balloons for my rehearsal dinner and had someone else pick up the balloons on the way. They gave him less than 20 balloons with an “extra” balloon of a ghost. This was the most bothersome thing about the order. I ordered bridal balloons online in the first week of October and I definitely did not order one white balloon with a poorly drawn ghost in black Sharpie. I ordered pink and rose gold balloons only that were tied in 4 bunches so it was not an easy task to take out one balloon. I was not able to do it in time so I took the balloons as they were into the restaurant and hoped that no one would notice. Every one of my family members who I talked to afterwards had seen the ghost balloon and brought it up in conversation. It was that much of an eye sore. To make matters worse, over half of the balloons deflated within the first week. Previously when I ordered balloons from this Party City, they continue to float around my house for at least a month. In summary, I did not receive the balloons I had ordered and I was given a weird ghost balloon that I 100% did not want or order."

"Good experience selecting and purchasing balloons. Wish I had not went with the balloon delivery service as they arrived 45 minutes into party. Still within the range but not what cashier and I discussed. Overall not bad and won't be our last order."
