"We went by for breakfast. On a friend's recommendation. I had the Western Omelet with fried red potatoes. Perfectly prepared, large portion, attentive service. Great place."
"Always a great spot for a lunch date!! Friendly service with a smile, bottomless sweet tea, and casual atmosphere definitely keeps us coming back!"
"My husband treated me to breakfast today and I chose Twisters Diner. This location on Central used to be a family owned restaurant called Rankins and we both enjoyed eating there. So we thought we'd give this Twisters a go. I got the sampler platter which had eggs, bacon, sausage AND ham, fried potatoes and a biscuit and gravy. Wow! I had to take half of it home with me. Everything was freshly prepared and brought to the table. Our server, Sarah, was very attentive. My husband ordered the Western Omelet and was very happy with his choice. There wasn't a big crowd on the morning we went, so we didn't wait for a table or service. I would recommend this diner for breakfast, certainly and for any other time of day."
"Quaint diner feel. Could use a little renovation, but prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Staff kept the coffee flowing my entire visit, which I appreciate. I do wish there was a TV/radio going at the bar or some form of entertainment while you wait. Would recommend for breakfast on occasion if you live in North Knox, their sausage gravy is pretty good in comparison to others. Omelet was a 4/5"
"This was the first time going to the establishment since Rankin had sold it and I actually enjoyed it more I think. The food was plentiful and delicious and the service was superb. The price was a bit much. Three Breakfast platters and two drinks came to $40, before tip. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. With that said, I definitely will be going back."
