"I bought a very expensive (over $100) pair of sneakers here a couple of months ago. After wearing them a handful of times, my arch hurt so bad I couldn't wear them anymore. I called them today to ask if I could return them, and they said yes. I walked in to return them and they said, "You don't have the box?" My response was, "No, I am a big proponent of recycling so I recycled the box." The manager looks dumbfounded then tells me he needs to go to the back to call his manager. Then he walks out from the back, not even up to me, and says they can't take them back. I will never shop here again. I have shopped at shoe stores who stand behind their products and give a refund, box or not. What I infer from this transaction is that this store was intending to resell my used sneakers as new (they have no wear). Please beware when shopping here. I attached a picture of the shoes, worn very little. Perhaps the quality doesn't match the price tag...."

"The salesperson who helped me with purchasing some soccer cleats was lacking at listening to what the customer was asking for in terms of what size I was requesting. Out of three times that he went in the back to get a cleat not one time did he come out with the size cleat I requested. I understand live and learn especially with younger employees, but companies wonder why they're bottom line is affected with yearly revenue falling. If one thing companies should do more with employees is training them on proper customer service and listening skills."
