"I came in last week to get a fitting and the store was slammed with customers. I was told they didn’t have time to do a fitting right then so I said no problem; I’ll be back. Today I went and there was one other customer in the store. The fitting was fine and the associate was helpful. After the fitting I felt very ignored and the assistance ended there. I couldn’t find my size in the drawers and there were 4 employees working and walking around me. It felt intentional. I left and ordered online. Love the bras; don’t love the turkey creek store. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt this way but it’s the first time I’ve left a review."

"I went in for the first time, I was fitted since I recently had a breast reduction. The fitting took a while but I did find two bras that fit well. All the bras I was shown were full price , I was not informed about any of the bras on sale. I bought 2 bras which are comfortable and the straps have a grip to them so they stay in place. I was also informed of their donation process which I thought was great. When I went home I had an email about the sale and went online and found 3 bras on sale that I also purchased. Overall a good experience,"

"I placed an order online for pick up at the Turkey Creek location on Sunday, 9/3, I arrived to pick it up on Monday afternoon, 9/4. After waiting several minutes at the register the young lady working behind the counter finally acknowledged my presence (I feel like she was ignoring me - I was the only one at the register). I asked about my order, showing the employee my order number on my phone. I was told by this ungrateful employee, 'Did we call you? No? Well, obviously it's not ready yet.' She did not offer to pull my order together - it was just 2 bras - she just left me standing there - no response, no offer to help, nothing - she walked away - I was thinking maybe she went to get my order. Nope, she just walked away - not to find an order, not to stock the merchandise, she just walked away and stood over to the side. I finally asked another employee to please cancel my order. The store itself was an absolute disaster. You could not walk through the store - it was like a lambrath navigating through people and boxes and racks of unkempt clothing. It was such a mess - like Old-Navy-Mess on Black Friday (at least Old Navy doesn't store their boxes on the sales floor). The dressing rooms were no better. This is not the first time I've had trouble at Soma, but I do think it will be the last."
