"We took our daughters to Knoxville to see UT's campus and stopped at this store. The salespeople there didn't greet or acknowledge us as my daughters looked for things to buy. Ironically, the next person that came into the store got a pleasant welcome. It's unfortunate that I had to explain possible reasons why we didn't receive assistance while the person who came in after us did. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything."
