"Ordered an Apple Watch online, arrived yesterday, and Crown was broken and the watch wouldn’t work. So I returned it to the store and decided to purchase an Apple Watch online and pick up in store, that was advertised for a lower price if purchased online. Went to pick it up at the store that said it was available. The watch that they had in inventory was showing at a higher price. They would not honor the price advertised. Customer service were unwilling to help. And pretty much told me I would have to pay the difference. Bad experience all around."

"I am beginning to believe they tell their employees to not answer the phone. A couple weeks ago, we drove up to grocery pick up to get our order. We checked in. It showed someone would be out. 15 minutes later, no one came out… and we were the only car waiting. We tried calling… no one answered. Today we had 5 items delivered. They didn’t deliver all the items. Tried calling, no one answered. Finally got a hold of someone in the bakery (I finally just tried all extensions), and she just transferred me back to the operator even though I said they won’t answer. I’m going to avoid this place from now on!"

"Literally just had the worst and most unprofessional experience at the customer service desk I’ve ever had anywhere I’ve been. I want to start off by saying that Crystal was very kind to me. She was the only good part of the experience. I was trying to cash in some lottery tickets and Crystal told me she needed to get a manager to do it. I told her okay and waited. After a few minutes, a group of employees walked up and stopped right in the middle of the walkway and were talking and cutting up and making customers go around them with their carts. Crystal called out to a lady named Ellie MULTIPLE times and said that she needed help with lottery. Every time, Ellie would turn around and look at Crystal, not say a word, and then go back to laughing and talking in the middle of the walkway. Crystal kept trying to get her attention at least 5 times. Every time it was the same thing where Ellie would turn around and make eye contact with Crystal but just ignore me and Crystal. Finally, Crystal assertively said she needed help and that I had been waiting a long time. That’s when a man who had just walked up came to help. Ellie does NOT need to be a manager. That was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional."

"My Girlfriend and I recently went to Walmart on Clinton Highway, Powell, TN. The intention was to do some lite shopping but ended up spending a couple hours in the store just looking around at everything that was offered. I sincerely believe that we went through every isle in the entire store. Btw, being that I am handicapped, Walmart has a lot of the Battery operated Carts for use by people who need them. I needed one so a BIG Check Mark for the Handicap Accessible Parking Spaces and the ease of Entering and Exiting the store, plus good spacing within the store as well. The Walmart Staff are friendly & helpful."

"Super big. Biggest Walmart I’ve ever been to. They even have quite a decent selection of organic fruits and vegetables. I was surprised to find a three pack of my favorite natural chewing gum for cheaper, and got myself a really super nice back pack for half the price of other stores. ($30) I also got really cute and cozy hoodies for the kids for the chilly summer nights here :) There’s a great camping selection and some great deals on pet food. The camping supplies are awesome and it looks like you can find most things cheaper than anywhere else."
