"This is the worst City Gear/shoe store I’ve ever been to! Ordered shoes to be sent to the store they convince me too because the shoe size wasn’t in stock & I let them know I would buy somewhere else. They don’t answer phones, they couldn’t find the shoe & said it was delivered, but they didn’t have it & to add insult they asked me if I already came to pick the shoe up!!! Basically saying I’m trying to get some free shoes off them. I stated y’all are going to have to run your cameras back then cause why would I be in here for my baby shoes if I picked them up already! He then stated he would have to call his supervisor the next day & told me to come back the next day! I work, have children I don’t have time to be back n forth about shoes I paid for that didn’t receive yet! I came back & my other children saw shoes they wanted to try on no one speakers when you come in or says can I help you, so the guy on the phone & were just standing at the counter waiting & the workers just walking around looking. I asked the man worker who was going to help us he said asked one of them I don’t look for shoes. Ok no problem so they scattering around & finally one of the girls started helping us you could tell that her attitude & dismember she wanted to be left alone! It took her so long just to find the shoes, unorganized it was like pulling teeth to get help still because I had more than 1 child that needed shoes! The guy that was on the phone for 15 minutes finally asked me for my receipt & it still took him over 30 minutes to locate my shoes I had previously was told to come back! My kids was upset & asked me why don’t they wanna help so we can go home after being patient for 30 minutes just to try shoes on with no one else that was waiting on them! This the sorriest group of manager/workers I’ve dealt with & I try to patronize this business because it’s in my part of the town, but every time it’s always a issue with no one wanting to help. Do we find the shoes & try them on ourselves? Needless ti say I’ll never step foot back in the store & will tell others to patronize another stores that wants to help customers & don’t accuse them of receiving an order & trying to get more shoes!!!! The whole store should be shut down they’ve been like this for years!!!"

"I wish it was more organized... They didn't have the shoes out front or the workers to move the line faster. Took over an hour and my name wasn't listed as a Raffel winner when I received notification and confirmation of my win."

"The manager was under pressure for a release but he served us all the best he could. I was He was kind and had great integrity. The store was clean and organized. I’d shop at this location again!"

"They were welcoming and helpful. I went to get the TSU Terminators w/Slim and Husky Pizzeria and was in and out. They had a nice setup as well for the release of the shoe."
