"Macys received my many returns from Christmas purchases with ease, courtesy and in an expeditious manner! The employees were very helpful in processing all five of my returns. "Worst experience. Mattress sales lady said I needed to go check cheaper mattress section (and pointed inside corner with her chin) if I look for mattress on sale. When I purchased it, I asked about benefits to use Macy’s card, then I was going to pay in full with my other Visa card. The mattress lady looked at me and smiled and asked ‘do you know the limit?’. Hope Macy’s train sales people in a right way that not judging customers with appearance, age, outfit or race if that was the case."

"The store is a mess. Sections are not properly marked, not in size order, not ticketed with sale prices and all over clothes on the floor. If you want an accurate price you have to find one of the price checker stations to see the current deal or promotion. When in dressing rooms you have to clean your own room. You also have to make sure that you don’t sit in anything left by other people. No customer service there either. When at check out you get bullied if you don’t have a Macys Credit Card by the cashier who wouldn’t help you find anything in the store or even price check an item for you. The attitude of this store seems to be going from department store to low end bargain hunting store."

"Christmas shopped for perfume and colognes .. Insane prices and parking garage packed people trapped inside for hour trying to get out. This should've been monitored and traffic stopped from entering because it was full not 1 available was awful"
