"Favorite Madewell location!!! They seem to have the most selection in stock, but what is equally important- the staff!! So welcoming and easy going, not pushy but ACTUALLY helpful! They will help you find items not in stock at their location, too. Chase is your guy if you are looking for an honest opinion and recommendation! Not only has incredible taste, but also a true knowledge in style! To make it a "triple thread" he is also a genuine sweetheart! Hard to find these days. @Madewell truly lucked out to "score" him on their team! This location in general - my happy stop during a stroll on 12th South!"

"Great experience yesterday. The staff was really helpful. One of the things that we really appreciated was how wheelchair accessible the store is. The ramp to the first floor and the elevator to the mezzanine and fitting rooms were great. There was space between racks that made it is easy to navigate with a wheelchair. The accessibility alone gives this store a high rating."
