"This place is absolutely god awful. I literally couldn’t believe the way I was treated in this store. I came in to purchase two gift cards for one of their best customers. There were multiple employees standing up front when I walked in and not even a simple hello was said because they were either too busy on their phones or talking with each other to even look up and see that a customer just walked in the door. I walked around the store twice before I had to approach a lady folding sweaters in the women’s department and I asked if I could purchase a couple of gift cards. She was so busy folding sweaters that she was like. Ummm ok. Like had no intention of wanting to help me so I literally walked away. Steaming at this point another older lady with short curly hair and glasses said are you finding everything ok. I was like really? You saw me walk in and now you wanna help me. I said I would like to buy two gifts cards. One from me and one from my mom but she would be purchasing hers over the phone. She said no you have to call the Memphis store to buy a gift card over the phone. At this point I was furious and just ready to get out of this disgusting store. I would never be back and I will certainly make sure everyone I know does not step foot into this store. Including their really good customer that I was buying the gift card for. Big 0 for this place."

"My husband and I went in to browse and ended up with a tremendous experience and a fantastic pair of pants! Leslie greeted us and she's such a sweet and kind person. In this day and age when personal service is nearly non existent, our experience at this long established store was refreshing and enjoyable. I can't recommend them enough. Their stock of clothing for men and women is second to none. Remember - shop local!"

"I stopped in last week for the first time with the intention of just looking. Then Erika appeared with a warm smile and offered to help me find anything I was looking for. At first I didn’t see anything I wanted to try on. Erika brought me a few pieces she thought I might like. She is absolutely amazing and knew what would work for me before I did. Everything she brought me fit perfectly and was exactly my style! She took wonderful care of me and I had such a positive shopping experience. I ended up getting some beautiful pieces and couldn’t be happier with them! Erika is kind, patient, knowledgeable and all around fantastic to work with. I am so grateful I stopped in. I’ll definitely be back."

"I bought a new suit and a shirt in the Green Hills location. When they fitted me, I came to pick it up and one leg was longer than the other. I live 45 miles away so I had to come another time and pick it up. I purchased a shirt and it never came in. I waited two months before calling and they told me somehow the order canceled. I am still working with them to get refunded. Not what I envisioned."

"Classy spot, this place is great. Normally I wouldn't really be able to afford to shop here regularly, but I was buying a new suit for a special occasion. This is a cool store, love the style, and if I had the money I would be in there all the time. I never write reviews, but the service I received at Oak Hall more than earned great feedback. They take really good care of you, have great knowledge of their products, and made me feel like a high roller while I was trying on suits (even though my budget was far from the more expensive suits they carry). Not only that, but I was looking for a particular style tie, which I could not find in the store. A Sales Rep. that was helping me took my information and spent her own time trying to find the right tie for me. She emailed me the next day saying she found a couple I might like at the Memphis location, and had them shipped up to Nashville for me to check out. I went back a week later and sure enough one of the ties was exactly what I was looking for. Oh, and the alterations ARE included in the price of of the the suit, no extra fees or charges. Also, you can have a cold beer or sip on some whiskey while you shop. Big thanks to Lyndsay and Brent for all your help."
