"First time trying to shop here. Was never greeted or even given a smile by a single sales associate while in the store. Tried looking around for about 15 minutes and still nothing so I decided to leave without making a purchase at this location."

"I love the shirts that they have and the service as well. Unfortunately, the run low on sizes and there is inconsistency on what a size is from shirt to shirt."

"I have been to this location multiple times, they are always so nice and helpful. Being a curvy, thicker woman, it gives me peace of mind and makes me feel like I am in a judgement free zone. I primarily wear Madewell jeans and I have loved most of the styles I have tried. I also own a few tops and sweaters. I typically do not like trying on clothes at a store but I always look forward to visiting this location!"

"Love this store but especially love the people that work there. Struggled through a transaction with computer issues and the young woman checking me out was great, apologetic even though it was totally out of her control. Finally got through it and ended up forgetting a purchase from another store on the counter. Five hours later I returned with my fingers crossed and they had kept it safe for me. This is not unusual here, it's the norm."

"It's a store that sells clothes shoes purses and stuff the helpers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I especially like the table in the back it's made out of plywood kind of like a chopping block but out of plywood instead of solid wood it looks pretty cool"
