"We were standing outside the store today at Opry mills store since 10:30. 11:57 the girls get here to go in. It’s 11:13 and they are talking and vacuuming. Everyone else is open but them. People that were here are walking away cuz they won’t open. App says you’re open but it’s not. Tried calling, no answer. So I finally got an answer and she said they open at 11:30 yet the website says open. Not very good business for a group of women here at 10:30 cuz website says ope at 11. I buy here all the time but I’ll go somewhere else. Someone needs to fix your site if you’re not going to open when it says it will!!!"

"I just want to say what excellent customer service that Christy at this store has. I am in Knoxville and wanted a particular dress which I called your Nashville store and she answered. She had the dress I wanted and went above and beyond to see how I could purchase this dress since it was not available on line. She called her district Manager and they said they would send it to the West Towne Mall Location in Knoxville, TN and that they would tell them to call me when it came in so I could purchase that dress. She went above and beyond what she had to do for me and it took a little extra effort on her part. I wish more people could have Christy's customer service skills. Hopefully West Towne Mall will call soon to let me know they have received it so I can pick it up there! Thank you so much Christy!!"
